A little about the founder - Shereen
From the 20-year vantage point within the Dragons Den of global advertising agencies, I learned the power of communication, relationships and that people with agency can effect change at scale.
Navigating the highly competitive creative and culturally driven world of advertising demanded listening, understanding and critical thinking. By combining this people intelligence with tech and data I believe unique growth opportunities arise.
My professional growth journey continued with an Integral Development Coaching Diploma and business. This was a complement to my consultancy in sustainability, which was shored up by a Cambridge Sustainability Management Certification. My personal heritage of Indian, Persian, Swedish and American sparked my love of culture which over time developed into a love of travel, meeting and experiencing conscious behaviours and different ways of living. Most recently Constellation Certification continues to expand my arsenal of perspectives and skills towards the development of human positive businesses.
As a strategic co-creator my skills lie the ability to navigate blockages, identify the true business problem to let systemic solutions emerge. My mission is to disrupt old ways of doing with expansive thinking, using frameworks to guide, but no dogmas to limit.
It is time for us to see how we are interconnected. That we are part of the problem and solution, not needing to wait to be told what to do. Remembering that no matter how small the thought, word or action it matters.
