108 Glossary

We know the language can be confusing, so we wanted to share the 108 interpretation of the following terms. We use these frequently in our work and so it’s great if the semantics of our work doesn’t get in the way of the work.

108 – A sign of completion and wholeness, guide business transformations by looking at the whole; cognitive head, legacy heart and environmental body. Integration of these from a business and people perceptive is essential for a deep-rooted process of self-sustainable solutions.

Atelier – Workshop where agile designs and pedagogy come together to develop programs to solve complex issues.

Cognitive Head – How we think and the rationale we place behind decisions is critical to our decision making. We cannot ignore the mind, nor the business case for how we act. However, controlling the mind and aligning thought with intuition and passion is game-changing.

Cognitive Bias – Social conditioning and societal factors that people been exposed to create individual perceptions of reality and define where we operate from.

Legacy Heart – Tapping into intuition and heart’s desire to guide the process. It asks what story we would like to be remembered for and the true intention behind our behaviours.

Environmental Body – Looks at the external influences around us and how our interaction with each other, tech, living and working space affects our lives.

Narrative – Identities are expressions of our values and how we interact with the world. Engineers design, craft and build things with a specific intention in mind. We are a new breed that reframes identity through the selection of a current narrative that entraps us and we design programs to allow people and business to step into a new narrative and therefore open up what is possible. We are specifically “possibility” oriented as these are accessible and implementable, laced with purpose but not stuck on that alone.

Regeneration – Creating a shift from sustainability to regeneration so we can look to replenishing, restoring, rebuilding thriving economies and communities.

Self-generation – How people are able to manage reoccurring patterns and eventually break them so they can move forward. Essentially building this capability allows people to stand in their own power without external props and they realise what is happening and have the tools / skills to manage it

Integral Development – Self-regeneration and the ability to keep evolving requires us to be able to see patterns that keep us limited and prevent sustained change. This approach asks that people and businesses reflect and identify patterns so they can move in a new direction of possible in a conscious way.

Systemic Dynamism - A proven method created by the Original Hellinger Familienstellen this work creates movement and awareness for success and implementation. It enables the unknown to be discovered and pragmatic solutions crafted though new perspectives.
